TIG MIG Welder

E.C. Styberg Engineering in Racine, WI is seeking a skilled TIG/MIG Welder and Fabricator to interview and start immediately.
- Pay will be based on experience and falls between $15-$20/hr. to start
- This is a 1st shift position hours are 5 AM - 3PM + Overtime as needed on Fridays and Saturdays

What we're looking for:
- Tech School diploma/certificate
- 5 years experience in the welding field
- Welding experience in TIG & MIG
- Welding material experience with stainless .030” and Stainless .045”
- Good Manual dexterity
- Experience in a machine shop, a plus, with CNC’s and Manual lathes
- MUST be a team player who understands they will not be welding 100% of the time
MUST PASS A PRACTICAL WELD TEST IN BOTH MIG & TIG WELDING DISCIPLINES
- Ability to perform physical, manual labor for ten (10) hours a day and any required overtime.
- Ability to pick up, up to, 20 pounds continuously for ten (10) hours a day and any required overtime.
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Ability to communicate effectively to co-workers and supervisory personnel clearly and concisely.
- Ability to speak and read English.
- Ability to take precise measurements utilizing a variety of inspection tools including micrometers, calipers, and a variety of gauges/tools
- Ability to work 10 hours in a physically active and challenging environment that includes but is not limited to; walking, standing, lifting, twisting, turning, pushing, pulling
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
