Position: B2B Digital Marketing Leader

Fiserv/First Data, Elavon, TSYS, Chase and Moneris.

Vancouver, British Columbia. We are a high growth organization, seeking ambitious
and curious lifelong learners! Location of the position is ideally in Scottsdale, AZ,
but flexible for the well qualified candidate.
We are looking for a creative professional B2B Digital Marketing Leader to drive
the development and execution of successful digital marketing strategies and lead
the team. You should have in-depth marketing experience, a passion for digital
technologies, and delivering expert content to engage meaningfully with leads and
prospects. You will bring forward-thinking ideas, partner with internal and external
resources to drive inbound demand and feed our sales team with the right MQLs
reinforcing our high growth trajectory in the industry.
What You Will Be Doing
-Craft and execute our B2B digital marketing roadmap
-Implements digital campaigns (email, search, social, display) in the United
States and Canada.
-Run a data-driven account-based marketing approach to lead generation and
coordinate with leadership to inform sales execution
-Demonstrate the benefits of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to the sales
organization through the implementation of programs designed to drive pipeline
across key industry verticals and market segments.
-Track, measure and report on pipeline metrics across ABM programs. Make data-
driven decisions to invest more where we see success and de-prioritize programs
that are not generating returns.Centralize marketing campaign benchmarking and reporting through the
implementation of campaign scorecards within HubSpot.
-Uses marketing automation tools to recommend and develop strategies for lead
scoring and acquisition across the entire prospect/customer lifecycle.
-Collaborates with business development, to provide regular updates to senior
leaders on the health of digital channels.
-Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out and differentiate
-Maintaining awareness of industry trends and topics to stay relevant and
informed in discussions driving your own perspective (in-line with company
expectations) as a thought leader.
-4-7 years of experience with inbound demand generation, HubSpot Sales and
-7-10 years of demonstrable work experience as a digital marketing leader
-Experience leading a small team of marketing professionals, encouraging
growth, and creating an environment for exceptional performance.
-Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital
-Strong understanding of current digital marketing channels function
-Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
-Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot
-Familiarity with web design
-Innate curiosity and desire to learn and solve challenges
-Customer centered design mentality
-Excellent analytical and project management skills
-Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field
