Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions while suggesting information about other products and services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will process orders and prepare correspondences with the client, so our customers’ needs are fulfilled, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Customer Acquisition through face to face presentations
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Job Requirements

Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
