Dynamic Healthcare Systems is hiring a Customer Support Specialist (temporary) for the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). The AEP Customer Support Specialist provides technical software support to Dynamic's clients (health plans) in the time leading up to and during AEP. Estimated time frame is August through December.
The work schedule typically includes regular business hours Monday - Friday, but could also include early morning shifts and weekends.
This is an in-office position. Dynamic is an essential business, and our office is open.

- Two or more years' experience of basic Quality Assurance protocols and script writing
- Two or more years' experience working with enterprise software in high capacity/high availability environments
- Aptitude and proven ability in providing positive customer service and good communication, problem solving, and basic technical writing skills
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SQL - basic knowledge and ability to run and modify queries
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage multiple customer support issues
- Experience with government healthcare is highly desired
- Familiarity with SalesForce and JIRA is desired but not required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
