Job Description

Dynamic Edge Consulting, Inc. is a sales and marketing firm that headquarters out of Long Beach, CA. We work with some of the largest, most exciting brands in the country when it comes to their innovative, newest technology products that they are bringing to market, and help them develop and execute sales campaigns to help fill the gaps in their customer base and revenue targets.

We specialize in in-person marketing, direct conversations with the end user and create a personalized memorable experience on behalf of the brands we represent, and because of this approach we have been able to grow year over year since our inception in 2013.

Our current list of clients in our west coast markets is looking to increase sales numbers both locally and in additional markets, so our primary focus is to find a growth oriented candidate that is excited to be onboarded into the company, hit some amazing results in the early roles, and quickly move up in the company and assist with our business goals for the next few years.

Job Details:

We would love to say that everyone can be successful in this industry as an Account Executive, and with our training and culture, it is highly likely that we can help anyone with the right desire to do well. Here's a few of the job requirements that we will be expecting of a new hire:

  • Communicate with customers in a very social, friendly, but knowledgeable way - customers like to make their own decisions and an AE's job is to make them feel informed, confident, and assist the speed of their transaction - so someone who can tell them all the details, while making them smile and laugh is a plus!
  • Work independently or in teams - our daily work is done off-site meeting with customers often in teams, but individually as well - so we like individuals who can thrive in a happy balance of both.
  • Contribution- what we mean by this is we have existing systems in place for marketing the clients' brands, managing customer data, territories, leads etc. What we expect are 3 things:
  1. Implementation - use the proven tools that are given to you.
  2. Execution - we are results driven, we love putting numbers on the board, and we want someone who is motivated by this as well.
  3. Improvement - we know that things can always get better, so we want vocal individuals who can contribute new ideas and help the process continue getting better.

Job Requirements:

Here are the qualifications we would like to see in prospective hires:

  • 4 year degree in business, communications, or marketing related fields OR equivalent experience in customer facing industries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - we take the products and services of our clients, empower an individual with the knowledge around their brand, combine it with their awesome people skills and great energy, and produce results!
  • Self-motivated and driven individual - in our industry, there is uncapped bonuses/income available and non-seniority growth available, so we are looking for people who love the idea of doing more and getting more!

Job Benefits:

  • Income: Average first year income: $45,000 - $85,000+ annually (base pay, commissions, bonuses)
  • Travel: We get to travel locally and across the country, on the company!
