Summary Provides administrative support to the Director of Asset Management. Responsible for coordinating various functions related to aspects of Asset Management operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists with compilation and analyzation of asset management metrics and reporting requirements for various funders, stakeholders, Board and staff.
Monitors performance metrics and comparisons with annual projections and asset management plans.
Compiles reports for and monitors compliance with project funding underwriting requirements relating to programs and grants.
Organizes and prioritizes assignments and ensures appropriate actions or responses are made.
Promotes positive relations and communications.
Acts as custodian of asset management documents, correspondence, and records.
Assists with the creation, monitoring and/or maintenance of confidential information systems, reports, databases, spreadsheet files and other records.
Ensures data integrity across systems.

Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree or two or more years related experience and/or training.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to create and interpret visual analytics.
