Office Administrator

We are seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. The ideal candidate should be a highly-organized multi-tasker who is energetic and a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Maintain trusting relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
  • Develop and implement systems to optimize procedures
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to use technology to problem solve
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required
