Dura-Line is growing fast, and we need some extra support in our People Team.

We are currently hiring a Contract Remote RECRUITER SPECIALIST based near Edmonton to assist our Hiring Manager fill hourly openings in the St. Albert manufacturing facility. This is a brand-new site. We need someone that will help on community outreach, attend & promote hiring events, and liked to recruit high-volume entry level roles in a fast-paced environment.

This is a temporary assignment.Monday - Friday flexible 40 hours a week.Pay rate starts at CAD $25/hr.We would provide a laptop and training and looking for someone that can start ASAP.


  • We need a driven & proactive individual with outstanding attention to detail, that is comfortable working in a multi-site fast-paced environment
  • Must be organized with great project management skills to be able to keep track and formultiple tasks/openings and work with multiple cross-functional teams across the US/Canada
  • A 2+years in high -skilled recruitment in a manufacturing or staffing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will work with cross-functional remote global teams
  • Computer savvy: including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook). Must have intermediate experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking System), SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, detail oriented and ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be familiar job boards for actively sourcing candidates (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, SnagAJob, Linkedin)
