General Laborer - Busser - Banquet House Person

The Duquesne Club is looking for a Banquet House Person/Busser. This is a full time position Monday - Friday, with daylight hours. When business demands, occasionally one will be required to work on Saturday and evening events. Responsibilities include setting up of meeting and event rooms with tables, chairs, equipment, etc. One would view a room diagram, retrieve items according to banquet event order and set accordingly. The banquet house person/busser may assist in the dining room, helping waitstaff, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that the room is supplied with the appropriate equipment needed to service our members to ensure impeccable service.

One must be able to read a banquet event order and set up room according to the specs. Position requires mobility and dexterity to bend, stoop, grasp, reach, twist, etc. One would be required to stand/walk during the entire shift. Ability to lift 40 pounds as well as physical strength to push/pull equipment.

This is a conservative environment. No visible tattoos or facial piercings, men must be clean shaven with hair cut to collar, and ladies must have hair tied back.
