Accounts Payable Clerk

Dunkin's Diamonds is searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk for our headquarters in Heath, Ohio.  The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for accurately reviewing, coding and processing vendor invoices.

About this Role

• Accurately Review, code and process vendor invoices
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Maintain a large number of vendor accounts
• Perform data entry
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Audit, collect receipts, and process credit card bills
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries
• Maintain a searchable folder of vendor invoices and statements

Requirements

• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
