Job Description

High-volume and growing personal injury law firm in Duluth is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic candidate to join our call center and marketing team. Candidate should be detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator with a positive attitude. Bilingual skills would be preferred.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking calls and emails from potential new clients, investigating preliminary issues, communicating important facts to the team, and opening new files. Prior call center and/or legal intake experience preferred, but candidates who are the right fit will be considered.

Experience posting and managing social media accounts is strongly preferred. If candidate can manage social media accounts through a platform such as Hootsuite, Loomly or Social Pilot, that experience would be very helpful.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handles incoming phone calls from prospective clients

• Assists prospective client with intake paperwork and process

• Enters new client and matter information into our client management system

• Coordinating meeting time/place with potential client for initial consultation

• Interviewing prospective client regarding their potential claim

• Posting on and managing social media accounts

Administrative duties to include mail, filing, faxes, and document management

• Other duties as assigned


• Proficient computer literacy with general Office applications including: Outlook, Word, Excel

• Ability to communicate and work efficiently with all levels of the firm

• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Experience in call centers or sales a plus
