Tasting Room Manager opportunity in Centreville VA for a local Winery
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ Bar/Restaurant Managment experience in a polished upscale or fine dining restaurant and/ or winery
- Looking for someone with a demonstrable passion for the hospitality industry and for wine
- P&L knowledge and ability to perform inventory, ordering, scheduling.
- Wine knowledge (Sommelier experience is a plus)
- Proven track record hiring, developing, and managing staff.
