REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER wanted for a group of Manufacturing Plants in IN/ KY.

• 6+ years of multi-faceted human resources experience in union and union-free environments.
• Must be willing to work in both tactical and strategic elements of the function.
• Must be willing to be flexible as it relates to work hours and work location during the week.
• Must be willing to travel to the plants as needed.
