Assistant Store Manager
- $19 to $22 Hourly
- Full-Time
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER opportunity in Natick MA for large specialty retail operation that is growing.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years’ Store Manager or General Manager experience in a smaller, specialty retail operation is ideal
- Leadership style of leading by example - Hands on manager
- Must be able to create a positive and fun working environment for your team as well as a pleasant and enjoyable setting for customers
- Financial/ P&L knowledge
- Proven track record of building and motivating a team
- Experience with analyzing sales results and developing plans to maximize sales and productivity
- Able to network and partner with community organizations with events and marketing
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma
