Assistant Store Manager

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER opportunity in Natick MA for large specialty retail operation that is growing.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ Store Manager or General Manager experience in a smaller, specialty retail operation is ideal
• Leadership style of leading by example - Hands on manager
• Must be able to create a positive and fun working environment for your team as well as a pleasant and enjoyable setting for customers
• Financial/ P&L knowledge
• Proven track record of building and motivating a team
• Experience with analyzing sales results and developing plans to maximize sales and productivity
• Able to network and partner with community organizations with events and marketing
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• High School Diploma
