Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: We are a professional consulting firm who specializes in dry utility design and contract coordination for industrial, commercial, residential projects and mixed-use projects throughout Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Oregon, Washington, Michigan, Montana, Wyoming, Alabama, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, South Dakota, New York, Pennsylvania and Florida looking for a self-motivated individual to take on our full-time position of Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant at our office in Tempe, AZ. Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant at our office will wear many hats and assist the administrative team and project management staff as needed. 1+ years experience is strongly preferred. A strong background in the use of Office 365/ MS Office and Adobe required and a good intuition for technology/ office equipment in an office setting a plus.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: • Answer all incoming calls on various phone lines, filing, data entry/ typing, shipping, incoming and outgoing mail, setup of new project folders, ordering as-builts and will serve letters and processing project close-outs. CHARACTERISTICS: • Must be well organized, detail-oriented and self disciplined. • Must work well both independently and as a team player. • Must be confident, outgoing and energetic. • Must be a creative problem-solver. • Must possess excellent writing/ typing abilities and communicate well and clearly with others. JOB DUTIES: • Answer, screen and route all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. • Handle heavy filing on a daily basis. • Assist Administrative staff with general organization, office and kitchen supply inventory tracking. • Order blueprints, process mail and UPS shipments and coordinate courier/ delivery services. • General clerical duties such as typing, spreadsheets, project folder setup, reorganization of hard copy and electronic filing systems and other tasks as needed. • Maintain and regularly update our client and utility contact directories. • Place service/ technician calls for various office equipment maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: • High School graduate/ GED required. • Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license. APPEARANCE: • Business office attire.
