Job Description

Job Overview for Residential Clinical Director:

> Provide oversight, direction, training, guidance, supervision and leadership for all clinical & residential & services activities as applicable to residential treatment facility

> Oversee, direct and provide guidance for residential/clinical milieu such as

**Housing/living Support, Food/Nourishment Support, Recreation/Leisure Support,

Medical/Medication Support, Therapeutic Services Support, Client Receiving/Triage Support,
Client Control Management, Client Activity Supervision Management,
Property & Contraband Management, Visitor/Visitation Management,
Passes/Client Offsite Management, Disaster Management, Client/Program Supply Management,
Facility Housekeeping/Maintenance Management, Equipment Management,
Administrative Support/Training, Staff Scheduling & Shift Coverage **

> Below listed activities serve as examples for additional clinical oversight activities, including but not limited to:

> supervision & technical assistance, conduct technical training

> direct & supervise staffing conference

> conduct field based technical assistance

> review clinical charts and provide feedback

> monitor clinical outcomes

> clinical supervision through case consultation

> caseload assignment

> ongoing documentation supervision

> conduct performance appraisals

> general administrative duties

Education required: Master's Degree in helping profession

Education preferred: Florida Clinical License (e.g. LMHC, LCSW or other)

Experience: 4 years Residential/clinical Supervisor (residential/group home or similar setting)

Additional: Basic knowledge and understanding of 12 step program
Experience managing a substance abuse residential program
