Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will provide quality human resources support to Driven Data. This role will provide counsel and guidance on all HR matters by aligning our HR strategies with Driven Data’s business strategy and key strategic priorities.  The ideal candidate will deliver and promote best practices, practical tools, and processes, change management and employee engagement, and talent management initiatives within assigned departments. This position is remote and will report to the Director of Finance.

The ideal candidate is a sharp, motivated, strategic leader who takes the initiative, works independently to get things done while also working collaboratively with business leaders to drive improvements throughout the Employee lifecycle proactively.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
  • Supports the entire life cycle of employee performance management, including adding new hires to the new hire review processes in our performance management system and leading the administration of midyear and annual performance review processes
  • Build effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at all levels of the organization
  • Coordinate health, dental and vision, disability, worker’s comp, and other insurance benefits for new hires
  • Oversee our annual benefits program/cycle and seek to constantly discover the latest in high-demand perks and benefits, making recommendations for changes and improvements to senior leadership based on rigorous cost-benefit analysis data and employee insights data
  • Drive people engagement strategies that align with business priorities and foster an environment where all employees are respected and valued 
  • Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development
  • Assess talent capabilities and development needs based on business strategy to help close gaps between current and future skillsets
  • Challenge the status quo; pursue different approaches to our work by demonstrating flexibility, nimbleness, transparency, agility, and strategic thinking
Preferred Qualification
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, organization development, or related talent planning field
  • Experience developing a remote-friendly environment in the SaaS space
  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup, with a successful track record in building, implementing and sustaining key talent management initiatives
  • Tech Industry experience

Requirements
Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
5+ years of experience in human resources, organization development, or related talent planning field
Previous experience at a high-growth startup, with a successful track record in building, implementing, and sustaining key talent management initiatives
BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or equivalent experience
Knowledge in: Experience managing payroll
Knowledge in: Experience managing benefits
Knowledge in: Experience with recruiting/hiring
