The ideal candidate would have previous experience in web hosting support as well as previous web developer and system admin experience.
Work from our internal queues following pre-defined priorities and workflows
Monitor for tickets in other areas internally and be sure to move them to queues our teams manage.
Work in oldest support cases prior to moving onto newer cases
Maintain and update all WordPress support internal resources with new ideas or hot topics as necessary
Maintain and update all related internal tools
Spot trends in order to properly manage any related support coming in
Communicate new trends to all team members
Be active within Support communication channels while on the clock
Provide assistance to general TS with WordPress and DreamPress issues as the need arises
Follow all workflow and processes for Professional Services, helping customers with situations that would normally be outside of general scope of Support
Great attitude and strong work ethic
Strong familiarity working with WordPress
1+ Years Technical Support Experience
Comfortable working on the Linux Command Line
