Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our remote team. We are looking for someone that is highly motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic who wants to impactfully contribute to the growth of our strong sales pipeline.

We are unique in that we focus on engaging and scalable learning experiences made for human connection, reflection, practice and mutual support. Our work spans Professional Training, Coaching and Teacher Training. We create deep and trusting relationships with our clients, while helping them to realize their training goals and re-imagine what is possible online.

Who you are

You’ll strive to achieve your sales goals with integrity, and facilitate our growth targets. You are excited to inform & educate organizations and teams about the impact that they can have if they adopt our training and coaching platform. The ability to engage prospects via email and phone early on is critical. You’ll have the chance to connect with all types of stakeholders, from executives, to the IT team, to program managers, in their path to reinventing how organizations deliver training.

You’ll work directly with our CEO, as well as our team of unique, values centered, fun-loving people, who want to help others, and make a positive impact in the world.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for generating initial interest in Dream See Do and setting up meetings for our CEO and other sales people.
  • Your main focus will be managing the outbound flow and responding to initial incoming replies to our direct email outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other tools.
  • You will also be responsible for reaching out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone and setting up initial meetings.
  • After you’ve completed onboarding, you’ll be eligible to hold initial ethos calls. These calls help ensure there is alignment between the prospects and our mission, and warms up prospects for our teammates giving demos.
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
  • Exceptional email communication skills, with sharp grammar and attention to detail.
  • Desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales.
  • A positive outlook, high energy, and resilience to overcome challenges.
  • Skilled at communicating ideas effectively to various types of audiences and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using HubSpot (CRM), ClickUp (Project Management), and spreadsheets (Google Docs/Excel).
  • *Extra Credit* - You are passionate about digital-enabled learning and coaching!

Location

Fully remote. US Based and must be eligible to work in the US.

Timeline

This role is critical for our growth as a company and we need to fill this role immediately.

Salary

Base salary of $50-65K. You can earn up to $10k of commission annually, totaling $60-75K in on target earnings.

Vacation and Time Off

15 Days PTO plus 11 official holidays.
