Customer Experience Specialist

Couple days remote / Couple days at office. We are currently seeking a full-time customer service specialist & appointment setter. Hours and schedule are flexible. Training provided, some experience on the phone preferred. Ability to work from home after training.

Duties may include:
Answering and placing calls to potential and current customers.
Entering customer information into our CRM.
Scheduling appointments for estimators.
Assisting with planning and logistics of projects.
Additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $17-19 per hour, commensurate with experience. We offer paid vacations, holidays, and sick days. Employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance options after their first 90 days.
