Job Description

Up to 21k in Lead conversion bonuses per year.

Couple days remote / Couple days at office. We are currently seeking a full-time customer service specialist & appointment setter. Hours and schedule are flexible. Training provided, some experience on the phone preferred. Ability to work from home after training.

  • Good understand of Greater Indianapolis geography

Duties may include:

  • Answering and placing calls to potential and current customers.

  • Entering customer information into our CRM.

  • Scheduling appointments for estimators.

  • Assisting with planning and logistics of projects.

  • Additional duties as assigned.

Pay: $17-19 per hour, commensurate with experience. We offer paid vacations, holidays, and sick days. Employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, and life insurance options after their first 90 days.
