A busy Licensed Professional Counselor is seeking another administrative assistant. Our office works in both the legal and mental health fields.
We are looking for a friendly and organized administrative assistant to assist with office tasks and generating a variety of reports. Please note that this is a fast-paced office with a high volume of tasks that need to be completed by specific deadlines. It is imperative that candidates be able to handle this type of work environment. Due to the legal nature of this work, candidates must also be proficient in grammar and writing.

Our working hours are Monday-Thursday from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.
-responding to client inquiries over the phone and via email
-preparing and submitting insurance billing (will train)
-preparing and editing reports
-providing office support to staff and management
-basic office duties, such as filing, mailing, faxing, etc.
-Microsoft Office Suite
-typing 50 wpm minimum (interviewed candidates will be tested)
-professional and polite demeanor in person and over the phone
-Proper grammar and writing skills
-team player: ability to work closely with all members of the office
-multi-tasking: ability to juggle a variety of projects at once
-organized and able to complete projects independently
-strong communication and interpersonal skills
-ability to remain calm under pressure
-high school degree required, college degree preferred
-minimum 1 year in office setting
-Licensed Notary a plus but not required
-Microsoft Word and/or Google Docs experience
Compensation $15.00/hour, no benefits
