We need a friendly and extremely capable Administrative Assistant who anticipates needs, sets priorities, communicates effectively and organizes meticulously.
As an Administrative Assistant you will:
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer telephones and give information to callers on routine questions, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases
- Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service background
- Strong organizational skills

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
