DKA helps people with barriers to employment receive the training and support needed to become employed in the community.
Job openings are: Full- time Employment Specialist’s / Job developers, Job Coaches and Front Desk Receptionist.

Here is what we are looking for!
People with one year experience working with people with disabilities preferably in rehabilitation, teaching or training.
Your education in social service or related field or experience working in the field of Behavioral Health. RSS, BHT, BHPP
A personal history of mental health or substance abuse recovery is a plus
Your knowledge of local business community and networking skills
People able to make connections and find resources to help the marginalized on our community
Covid Policy: you must be vaccinated
