Position: Digital Marketing Specialist


Location: Hartland, WI


Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for formulating and effectively managing marketing automation and lead nurturing funnels to accelerate lead generation and support Dorner's global marketing campaigns. This role has primary responsibility for marketing automation, lead scoring and management, e-commerce development and website SEO/PPC management


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with the marketing department, formulate and manage CRM marketing automation, lead nurturing, and lead scoring. 
  • Identify direct marketing opportunities to ensure database growth and relevant communications to external and internal contacts. 
  • Develop and manage external lead management tool and measure channel partner engagement. 
  • Drive lead nurturing and demand generation efforts by utilizing and improving CRM Click Dimension Management. 
  • Develop strategic CRM and marketing automation best practices. 
  • Support the marketing team across the suite of digital marketing deliverables required for successful marketing campaigns including website management, search engine optimization, and social media. 
  • Work with vendors to develop, implement and measure marketing automation campaigns, remarketing efforts, and other digital initiatives.
  • Work with our IT department and aftermarket group to develop Dorner's e-commerce business. 
  • Work with our Web Apps department and marketing department to develop D-Tools lead generation and activity. 
  • Develop and manage online sales avenues such as Amazon, channel e-commerce sites, and channel websites. 
  • Develop and maintain strategic website initiatives with a focus of supporting the customer journey. Work with website vendor to develop comprehensive recommendations for content, and ensure focused keyword optimization and maximized search engine performance (SEO, SEM, PPC, AdWords, etc.) 
  • Create reports for marketing activities using CRM and other analytics and provide recommendations for improvements. 
  • Participate in internal and external seminars, meetings and tradeshows as required. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Efficient with Microsoft office
  • Experience with marketing automation software preferred
