Door to Door Health is looking for its first Medical Director in the Las Vegas area
At Door to Door Health, we’re expanding the ways people obtain quality healthcare. Starting in Las Vegas this fall, and growing nationwide, our goal is to deliver care on-site where people live and/or work, removing physical and behavioral barriers limiting access to quality care (lack of mobility, mental state, fear, persistent apathy) that ultimately results in big bills from ER visits & hospital admissions.

Job Summary – Medical Director
The Medical Director is part of the Door to Door Health leadership team.
Ø You will provide clinical support and oversight to a team of care providers serving patients in their home or at their place of work through online tools and tele-visits.
Ø In collaboration with company staff and other practitioners, you will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of patient care policies and procedures that reflect our mission and current best practice standards.
Ø Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, bylaws, and regulatory requirements.
Ø Set and monitor performance standards for medical staff.
Ø Evaluate medical staff performance based on established procedures and metrics.
This will not be a fulltime role to start. You will be able to work with us while maintaining your existing practice. The duties of this role can be accomplished remotely. You can work from anywhere with an Internet connection and a phone.
Ø You must be a qualified, licensed physician in the State of Nevada (MD or DO, preferably Board Certified in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine). If you are a Nurse Practitioner or a licensed mental health professional we are interested in you as well.
Ø 7+ years practice experience
Ø Preferably credentialed with insurance companies serving Las Vegas
Ø Embrace new technologies to deliver better healthcare, experience using EHR systems
Ø Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ø Candidates with previous Medical Director experience is a plus
Ø Understands the culture and resource constraints of a startup
