Job Details

We’re looking for two sharp, self-motivated individuals based either in the US or Canada to join our Sales team. That's right — we're hiring for multiple new team members! You should be passionate about sales, outreach, and helping nonprofits. As our third and fourth sales representative, you will drive effective sales processes, qualify and close high-potential deals from inbound and outbound leads, and keep our team informed about customer needs. Ideally, you have been part of a fast-growing B2B sales team and/or have SaaS/PaaS experience. This role is salaried with commission and has ESOP potential.


  • Conduct sales calls and demos for a variety of nonprofit organizations
  • Identify and target high-quality inbound leads
  • Build rapport with prospects and understand their needs and pain points
  • Deliver Donorbox’s value proposition and overcome objections
  • Collaborate with other sales reps and our Growth & Marketing team on joint initiatives
  • Share customer needs and requirements with the rest of our team. We’re a customer-driven company and love to hear feedback!
  • Record and track all sales interactions in Hubspot

Requirements and Experience

  • Experience with B2B and SaaS
  • A track record of quantifiable sales wins (and the ability to explain how you measured and reached your results)
  • Eagerness and ability to learn and handle highly technical topics
  • A “can-do” and humble attitude
  • A calm, confident, and honest demeanor towards our clients — we’re not fans of being too pushy or verbose
  • Experience working on fast-moving, cross-functional teams
  • Passion to learn and solve nonprofit customer requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working or volunteering with nonprofits and religious groups is a plus, but not required
  • Startup experience is a plus.
