Does this sound like the position for you? * Serves as primary point of contact for designated top tier clients that will benefit from a dedicated resource who fully owns the client relationship and adds value to the partnership * Creates and delivers a consultative client interaction model that continually drives results and delivers value for our clients by identifying service and training opportunities, tracking issue resolution, and managing a regular cadence of meetings * Offers subject matter expertise in all payroll and HCM solutions * Serves as liaison who advocates for clients and leverages internal resources within various departments to deliver exceptional client experience * Position themselves as a resource who is committed to helping clients solve their problems, realize their business goals and achieve success * Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success role * Must be highly proficient in all elements of payroll, human resources, benefits administration, and finance/tax * Strong customer focus, problem solving and analytical skills, coupled with flexibility and a strong sense of urgency and knowing when to escalate * Excellent organizational skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills * Understand, embrace and embody DP Core Values.
