PrimeStreet is looking for a Sales Appointment Setter. We are looking for superstars who will be responsible for lead generation & qualification to drive new business. This includes outbound prospecting to support expansion efforts.
PrimeStreet serves real estate brokers at no upfront cost by matching transaction-ready consumers to their best real estate agent. Through our proprietary matching algorithm and state-of-the-art mobile app, we’re able to instantly connect top agents to the consumers with the highest probability to convert. Simply put, we’re focused on the data science behind matching transaction-ready consumers with agents, allowing brokers to focus on running their business.
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1-3 years of Sales or Marketing experience.
- Ability to do Internet research and show proficiency with G Suite products.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
- Active listening skills
- Ability to learn, reason and adapt quickly
- Ability to manage multiple leads, prospects and opportunities concurrently
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM platform (i.e. Salesforce)
- Technical knowledge, Inside sales and Software sales experience.
- Prior client-facing work experience
- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline.
- Calling/emailing into target accounts based on coordination with field representatives
- Process or follow up on all leads in a timely manner. Track results of all leads.
- Utilize professional communication, research, and interviewing skills, as well as marketing and sales skills
- Work effectively in a team environment to support achievement of sales goals
- Create daily/weekly plans in coordination with manager and field reps
- Meet/exceed weekly goals for meetings booked
