Dollar Bank is currently hiring for a part-time IT Service Desk Intern to work in our Strip District location in Pittsburgh. This role provides support to all Dollar Bank branches and departmental back offices related to but not limited to telephones, desktop devices, laptops, ATMs, Video Conferencing, connectivity issues pertaining to the internet, WAN and LAN. This is a year round internship where you may be scheduled to work 20 – 25 hours a week.

Receive calls from our users/branches/back offices and resolving at the first level of support or triaging issues to our second level support teams
This Service Desk availability is 24/7 and you will be required to work evenings and weekends as needed
Completion of one year of college/technical school and currently active and working toward a degree
Ability to log and triaging all calls/incidents
Familiarity with Windows and Window Applications
