Documart New Orleans is looking for a 50% customer service, 50% project manager and 100% customer focused team member with a “Can Do” attitude to carry our projects across the goal line. Once our crackerjack sales team lands a project, you’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are produced perfectly and delivered on time to our fantastic customers.


Your Role

You’ll be working on amazing projects that help our customers portray their corporate brand on everything from conference rooms to business cards, transform institutional environments like universities and hospitals into creative, hopeful and comforting spaces, generate leads for both B2B and B2C high end services and support the sale of products through brochures, catalogs and labels. We’re growing and looking for a key player with a “Can Do” attitude who will take ownership of our projects, ensure our customers get the perfect project and have fun doing it!



You’ll be responsible for communicating with customers before and during production and keeping your internal partners from production and sales up to date as the project moves through production. You’ll be a vital part of our team and your sales team partners will depend on you to keep your ear to the ground and huddle up with them when you hear about new projects and organizational changes within our customer’s organizations.

The CSR plays a critical role in the organizational success by assisting the Outside Sales Team in creating quotes, understanding and interpreting printing requirements, providing information, problem solving and assisting in developing key accounts by providing support to the Outside Sales team. The function of the CSR is to provide direct support to the Sales Team in the ongoing development of existing and prospective clients to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets.

CSR Duties

  • Arrive to work every day on time with a “Can Do” Attitude

  • Constantly adhere to Company’s core values.

  • Inputs orders in POS; communicating expected delivery date; updating production and sales team to order status.

  • Assists the sales team in customer inquiries and quote requests; suggesting related and new items

  • Maintains communication to the client through email and phone.

  • Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures.

  • Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing projects well done; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Complete and maintain customer contact information, data gathering and reports for management.

  • Conduct follow-up

  • Develop quotations based on identified information collected from customers



  • “ Can Do” attitude to join our “Can Do” culture

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Experience in sales, customer service or project management is a plus!

  • Experience in the printing, signage, design or direct mail would be AMAZING!

  • Excellent command of the English language in both written and oral forms.

  • Exceptional phone and customer service skills.

  • Experience using a CRM solution of any kind is a plus!

  • Good math skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to translate customer information into production specifications.

  • Strong attention to details, ability to follow processes yet envision the final outcome to avoid problems and prevent errors.

  • Must be computer literate and current on new technology.

  • Must be hardworking, a self-starter and enjoy working on teams.

  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Positive and upbeat attitude.

  • Ability to move freely throughout the facility to gather information and work with team members.

Compensation/ Benefits Package Includes:

  • Hourly pay range from $15-$18 based on experience
