The Client Relationship Coordinator must possess the proven ability to provide excellent customer service to all clients and agencies, provide consistent support and communication with the sales team, and the ability to manage the sales cycle process. As the first point of contact for sales inquiries, this position requires knowledge of all of the products and services of the company as well as the ability to upsell clients over the phone and via e-mail. This position is responsible for knowing each sales territory with the responsibility of forwarding phone and e-mail leads to members of the sales team. This individual will also participate in local conferences, trade shows and sales-related events.
Position Responsibilities:
3 – 5 years of proven and successful administrative support experience
Superior Customer Service – responsive time to all inquires, via voicemail and e-mail
Knowledge and conversant of all products and services available, including web sites and e-Newsletters
Advisor and consultant to all recruitment and image advertising clients, agencies, and inquiries
Management of central advertising e-mail inbox
Proficiency with sizing ads, providing quotes and confirmations
Strict adherence to all deadlines
Communicating with all clients to execute the completion and confirmation of all ad orders and placement
Processing paperwork and Insertion Orders for all print and online advertising sales and quotes
Growing revenue and maintaining relationships with new and existing advertising agencies, media buyers, and search firms
Maintain high standard of excellence and accuracy in all work
Point person for the Creative Director and the Client Relationship Director during each press run cycle for the magazine
Coordinator of all advertising insertions/paperwork from the sales team during each production cycle
Liaison to the Accounting department for all advertising insertions/paperwork after each sales cycle
Assist with e-marketing letters, updating proposals, and list development for advertising & marketing
Review and confirmation of the execution of all print and online advertising orders
Review and confirmation of the execution of all print and online marketing/promotional materials
Posting ads on the DiverseJobs and CCJobsNow job boards
Other duties as assigned to support the sales department and company.
