Pay Rate: Ninety Five to Ninety Eight Dollars per hour on W2

Shift Schedule: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm 100% onsite in Tewksbury with some flexibility
Travel: minimal travel

SCOPE/PURPOSE OF POSITION:
IT Business Engagement Analyst, Commercial Applications, will work closely with business teams in the commercial space, including Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing/Communications and Pricing teams. In this role, this person will shape project requirements, drive solution design, develop cost proposal and work with technical teams to implement IT solutions that meet business needs. The candidate will partner with the internal cross-functional IT teams and solution vendors like Salesforce.com, SAP Hybris (Commerce), AEM and other related technologies. The candidate should have strong organizational skills to multi-task across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and liaise with business teams to gather requirements, create business process flows, develop use cases, system integrations and data flows.
- Build user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of IT solutions.
- Work with independence to shape project scope, timelines and cost based on business requirements and build proposals for approvals.
- Drive successful implementation of approved projects with Business and IT technical teams.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into technology design and solution.
- Manage portfolio of new projects and enhancements to existing applications, help prioritize with business stakeholders.
- When needed, acts as project manager to drive successful implementation.
- Oversee and track operational support delivery by global IT teams for commercial applications.
- Acts with urgency and focus to deliver quality solutions quickly to business.
- Brings career experience in commercial applications and related technologies to help guide business requirements and solutions.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related subject
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years overall work experience as an IT Business engagement, IT Business Analyst, or any other related experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM and/or e-commerce technologies like Salesforce.com and SAP Hybris (Commerce).
- Highly desirable: SFDC, AEM or SAP Hybris Certification and solid understanding of the platform and its architecture
- Proven experience as business analyst, gathering and recording business requirements and translating to IT requirements.
- Experience in creating, maintaining and supporting all application development artifacts including user stories, process flows, screen mockups, data diagrams, business rule definitions, design documents, user manuals and training materials
- Self-managed, self-motivated and results oriented mindset with experience in project management, software, and application development methodologies
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum/SDCL methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Both business process savvy and technology savvy. Ability to learn quickly in both business domain and technology domain
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work with global teams and time zones
