Job Description
We are looking for a Meat Cutter/Butcher to join our team to cut and process various types of meat products.
Requirements
- Cutting, trimming, and/or portioning meat products to meet customer specifications.
- Using a tabletop scale to weigh and portion weight-specific meat products.
- Ability to identify meat safety or quality issues and address them accordingly, as well as reporting any issues to proper personnel.
- Follow all company safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods of time.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing work area after use each day.
