Job Description

Planning is an essential duty of a project manager. Determining what needs to be done, who is going to do it, and when it needs to be done are all part of the planning process. The project manager is responsible for setting up the project team's structure. The project manager is responsible for monitoring and controlling performance, keeping the project on track. The project manager will also act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Our target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  1. Defining and clarify project scope

  2. Defining project baselines

  3. Developing the project plan

  4. Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  5. Setting up software accounts for team members

  6. Identifying and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  7. Identifying services to be provided by external companies

  8. Developing the project schedule

  9. Developing policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives

  10. Coordinating activities across different organizational functions

  11. Determining the organizational structure of the project team

  12. Identifying roles and positions

  13. Staffing project positions

  14. Setting team direction

  15. Motivating team members

  16. Assigning work

  17. Keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  18. Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  19. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

  20. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  21. Tracking project progress

  22. Developing project status reports

  23. Measuring project progress toward meeting its objectives

  24. Determining the cause of deviations from the plan

  25. Managing changes and incoming service inquiries

  26. Taking corrective actions to address deviations

 

Requirements

  • Must have proven experience as a project manager

  • High school diploma

  • Must have PMP or an equivalent management certification

  • Familiar with the FAR

  • Must be familiar with Lean six sigma system, PMI, and AGILE

  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

  • Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus

  • Any LEED certifications is a plus
