The Sr. Residential Real Estate Project Manager is a significant expansion role on our team for the right experienced real estate professional. The primary responsibility for this role is to work side by side with our clients who are selling their properties to make sure their house is ready to go to market. 

The Sr. Residential Real Estate Project Manager will have a deep understanding of residential real estate and what it takes to prepare and market a home in today’s digital world. 

The Sr. Residential Real Estate Project Manager will work alongside our Listing Coordinator to ensure all properties we list are prepped, marketed, and sold to the right prospective buyers. This role will ensure all remodels and property upgrades are coordinated and completed by our exceptional team of contractors and vendor partners. They will advise and recommend strategies for home improvement projects to ensure our clients get top-dollar for the value of their property. The right person for this role knows how to manage all aspects of preparing a home for sale in the East Bay market and a keen eye for design.

Given this a part-time independent contractor position, this role is ideal from someone already working as a real estate agent and is looking to expand their professional responsibilities.




  • Work directly with our CEO / Owner to facilitate the preparation of a new listing to go to market in a timely manner.

  • Counsel our seller on design aspects and home improvement projects to maximize the value of their home prior to listing

  • Create project estimates, timelines, and budgets directly with our clients and at the counsel of our CEO/Owner.

  • Coordinate with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure all project deadlines are met and completed according to specifications.

  • Work closely with our stagers and photographers to ensure properties are ready for listing photos and to ensure all properties are well positioned digitally for online marketing.

  • Oversee and manage client expectations and responsibilities while their house is on market.

  • Provide status updates and weekly listing reports for sellers and management.




  • Utmost professionalism.

  • College degree or equivalent work experience required.

  • A background in design, staging or construction/architecture would be ideal.

  • 2–3 years of prior real estate experience—listing experience required. Must hold an active CA Real Estate Salesperson license or be able to attain one within the first 90 days.

  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Able to meet tight project deadlines and keep all projects within budget

  • Excellent communication skills; able to deliver sound advice and counsel directly to our owners of high-end real estate.

  • Team player. Willing to roll up sleeves to get the job done. No job is too small.
