Discovery Builders LLC. is currently seeking an Sr. Procore Specialist who is responsible for the maintenance, support, and the ERP implementation of Sage and Procore, and also providing Procore support to construction operations.  


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of ERP implementation of Sage Intacct and Procore.
  • Responsible to assist in the implementation in overall management and proper usage of Procore software functions, workflows and customization.
  • Provide Procore technical support, troubleshooting, and training to our project personnel.
  • Collaborate to improve Business Processes for Construction Operations and Accounting.
  • Assist with insight and support in additional construction technology.
  • Plan, develop, and provide role based programs, using methods such as eLearning, on-site training,  one on one meetings, and conferences.
  • Develop a new hire onboarding through webinars, conference calls, or in person training.
  • Perform project reviews for Procore data integrity for inaccuracies which may require additional training for users.
  • Participate in personal training and conferences to remain current with all software developments, releases, and program revisions.
  • Maintain a report of irregularities and user interface errors and provide consistent feedback.
  • Provide other training and data integrity reviews as time allows.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Experience in related field required.
  • Five to ten years preferred in the Construction Industry.
  • Minimum five years’ experience preferred in Project Management Software and Accounting Integrations.
  • Experience working in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally on multiple levels in written and verbal form.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Project and, Visio.
