Customer Marketing Campaign Specialist

As a key player on our Customer Marketing team, the Campaign Specialist will drive pipeline through the creation and execution of successful customer cross and up-sell programs. The right candidate will have knowledge of marketing campaign best practices and experience deploying ABM strategies. You must understand and have a solid approach to measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities, strong writing and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to continually innovate and track moving parts. You will be responsible for building customer campaign strategies aligned to specific target audience segments and executing your plans to deliver predictable pipeline results. The role is highly cross-functional that will align with and support our Customer Success team, Operations, sales and marketing organizations, and other business units across the organization.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
+ Design, build, and execute customer campaigns to generate up/cross-sell opportunities across our customer base.
+ Identify specific audience segments and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to drive specific pipeline opportunities.
+ Utilize multiple channels (email, direct mail, webinars, digital) to maximize results of campaigns.
+ Ensure opportunities generated from campaigns are tracked and routed properly to correct owners for follow-up.
+ Provide detailed and transparent reporting on all aspects of campaign and pipeline activities including: conversion, opportunity creation, revenue etc.
+ Analyze results, spot trends, re-prioritize and refine processes as needed to garner desired results.
+ Work with cross-functional teams to identify campaign opportunities and fully own customer campaign calendar.

Qualifications:
+ Minimum 2 years of marketing experience.
+ Bachelor's Degree; Marketing preferred.
+ A breadth and depth experience in strategically developing a campaign plan and executing integrated, ROI-driven marketing and pipeline generation programs, utilizing multiple channels.
+ A deep understanding and skill set of the customer lifecycle.
+ Strong project management experience.
+ Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms a plus (preferably with Marketo and Salesforce)
+ Experience with Outreach.io preferred.
+ Strong analytical abilities. You love working with data, analyzing outcomes, and scoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.
+ Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vLookups)
+ Ability to hit the ground running and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you may have to wear multiple hats.
+ Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Must be a self-starter who excels at multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
+ Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to details.
