LifeSpan Home Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help support our growing San Antonio, TX office.
We are an established and stable home health agency that provides in-home, medical and non-medical, care to the elderly and disabled so they can remain safe and comfortable in their home, with their family, and in the community.

Receives, reviews, and processes authorizations, referrals, state documents, and other assorted faxes directed at Customer Service.
Addresses incoming phone calls to the Customer Service Line by providing general information, answering questions, and call routing.
Communicates with various offices and departments as necessary.
Review, verify, and input client demographics into agency database.
Verify client eligibility and attached within an email template sent to the offices.
Maintain good communication between all departments.
Cross-train with other members of the department.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED.
One to two years of customer service or related health care experience.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Able to work independently.
Work with a team to accomplish goals and objectives.
Excellent time management skills.
Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
