Job Description

We are looking for a certified Zendesk Admin - or able to be certified within 30 days.


We are looking for a Zendesk Administrator who has a passion for learning, creating, deploying and monitoring the usage of Zendesk products. The Zendesk Administrator will be the primary point of contact for the business teams using Zendesk products and will support the product and specific workflows.

Administer the use of Zendesk to optimize the effectiveness of operations supporting specific business units and support project work items, and operational requests against evolving business priorities Help improve existing processes and innovate new processes utilizing Zendesk to improve client/customer experience Collaboration with other teams / functional groups to ensure cross-functional alignment Liaison with Zendesk helpdesk team on technical issues as needed. Maintain and support all Zendesk enhancements and releases



Proven abilities working with Zendesk Products and Services (Support, Chat, Guide, Explore). Excellent written communicator, in other words, has the ability to clearly describe technical concepts to end users in an easy-to-understand manner. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues pertaining to basic computer usage (Mac & PC), internet browser issues (Chrome & Firefox), email routing, internet connectivity, or other basic SaaS-related queries.


Proven ability to understand business processes and translate business requirements into application functionality. Working knowledge of Zendesk development SDK and API's. Attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced environment.



2+ years of Zendesk Administration or support troubleshooting role
Technical troubleshooting experience preferred

Zendesk Administrator Certification (current or expired) is preferred. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of certification, however, we expect certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire if never previously acquired.


A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis.
