§ MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BULK MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT SUCH AS FEEDERS OR WEIGHERS THAT HANDLE POWDERS.
§ Manages their team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and coaching Sales Representatives in assigned territories; communicates job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions, planning and reviewing compensation actions and enforces policies and procedures.
§ Conduct direct sales in territories that have no sales representation
§ Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, identifying trends and determining regional sales improvements.
§ Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.-
§ Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for assigned territory, in support of national objectives.
§ Maintains and expands customer base by management of Sales Representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers/OEM accounts and identifying new customer/OEM opportunities.
§ Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging and services changes. Surveys customer needs and trends, tracking competitors.
§ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
§ Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
