Ø Solicits orders for products over the telephone and via facsimile by performing the following duties.
§ Talks with customers by phone and receives orders for product.
§ Receives orders for merchandise from company retail stores.
§ Explains products to prospective customers, answers questions regarding products and offers expert advice and technical instruction as needed.
§ Quotes prices and encourages customers to purchase.
§ Uses internal and external websites to provide shipping amounts to customers.
§ Uses internal and external websites to provide shipping information to customers.
§ Responds to customer’s concerns/complaints; creates credit memos for customer returns

Educational Requirements and Experience
Ø Associate’s degree (A.A.) or its equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ø Prefer agriculture background either through educational program or practical experience.
Ø Reports to the Customer Service Manager.
Ø Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
