We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our B2C Marketing team. The CRM Executive will report into the CRM Lead, and is responsible for the execution of CRM lifecycles, loyalty and referral programs, and marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, in-apps, and web channels (pop-ups and banners).

In a fast-paced agile environment, we need a pragmatic, forward thinking, proactive, innovative, curious and commercially minded individual, who puts the customer at the core of their thinking at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Global Segmentation and CRM Strategy, in order to delight our customers, driving engagement, retention and referral and customer lifetime value metrics; converting new users into customers and customers into evangelists.
  • Continually track KPIs against targets, A/B test and optimize customer touchpoints to improve the customer experience and increase overall revenue.
  • Delivering on our CRM strategy to deliver effective messaging, upsell and cross sell across the customer journey. Right message, right channel, right time.
  • Develop and manage early lifecycles, churn, loyalty, referral and winback programs where appropriate.
  • Develop a testing strategy to optimise journey emails and provide insights to the rest of the business.
  • Continually think and deliver Customer Surveys to improve our CRM Strategy
  • Ensures all learnings, best practice and governance is implemented across all markets


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in CRM Marketing with a good understanding of CRM fundamentals.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Familiar with CRM Marketing tools (such as Emarsys, Salesforce, Hubspot, Braze etc)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, metrics and associated KPIs;
  • Familiar with dynamic content, segmentation strategy and technical data connections as it relates to email marketing
  • Experience working within a team and with other teams
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand what is working, and what is not.
  • A flexible personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing scale-up company.
  • Excellent communicator – English required, other languages are a plus!


Desirable:

  • Basic knowledge of Figma
  • Good knowledge of HTML/CSS for email
  • Familiar with Looker
