Director of Sales Marketing

We are looking for a Marketing Director to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness and market exposure in order to reach sale's target.

FLSA Status: Full-time, Base Salary with Commission

Reports To: CEO


To manage all internal and external marketing functions of the community to ensure a positive reputation of the community among referral sources and potential customers, and in order to achieve or exceed community occupancy goals

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor diploma or equivalent required & Marketing or Business-related degree preferred

• Over 1 years’ marketing or related business development experience in this field preferred

• Familiar with long term care industry’s channels in Hawaii preferred

• Proficiency in basic computer skills including Word, Excel required, and/or sales & marketing software such as CRM in PCC preferred

• Strong project management skills

• Strong leadership qualities

• Deadline and detail-oriented

• Must meet all health-related requirements pertaining to state license

• Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Subject to pre-employment screening including drug and TB testing and criminal background check


• Conducts competitive CRM analysis of local market weekly with CEO and Care Team Leaders

• Responsible for the development and implementation of a quarterly marketing plan that incorporates community strengths and weaknesses in relation to competitors, and to current market trends and forecasts

• Develops and implements community outreach programs and events that will provide contact with referral sources and potential customers

• Responsible for planning and coordinating community media advertising and social media

• Strong communication/interpersonal skill internally and externally to align the upcoming move in condition/request DSL and ensure client’s requests are delivered to DSL and fulfilled

• Develop new marketing channels by community outreach and hospital relation building and marketing event to promote the company and increase the brand market exposure in order to optimize company targets

Sales Management

• Responsible for achieving or exceeding budgeted census goals as established by CEO, and for maintaining a pattern of measurable growth toward stabilization in the communities

• Maintains accurate records of all inquiries, tours and networking contacts

• Responsible for accurate and timely reporting of census and move-in and move-put activity to management, and is accountable for explaining such activity as required

• Monitor and report on customer satisfaction to CEO and toplines for improvement

• Hosting CRM meeting with forecast and current analysis or updates with leader team
