National AT&T Retailer seeking one qualified individual for customer service and sales.
As a Authorized Solution Provider for AT&T, you will be responsible for making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to and from qualified tenants moving into apartment communities who are ready to establish TV and Internet service for their new home.
Our leasing partners "warm up" their new resident and inform them they have an dedicated AT&T rep ready to assist them. Our leasing partner then enters referrals of new tenants into our website, our website triggers a welcome email to the new tenant, at this time our in house AT&T sales representatives contact the new tenants and help them select the proper AT&T plan for their new home. In some states we also arrange utility services for new residents.
This is the warmest phone sales position, anywhere. Ever. Sales are quick and easy. Fast paced at times. All new residents buy internet services anyway, we are their concierge and make the process easy for them.
Hourly plus commission, the right candidate can earn $60,000 per year if they put in the effort.
- Conduct outbound calls to sales referrals. 35-50 calls daily.
- Receive inbound sales calls on a daily basis.
- Schedule installation appointments with prospective customers
- Educate prospective clients on AT&T products and services
- Answer client questions
- Maintain record of client contact information
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule - early or late shift
- Casual atmosphere
- Reliable, supportive on site management
