• Concepts & supports the conceptual & stylistic direction of presentation creative/content and collaborates with the Lead/Associate Creative Director • Art Directs and/or Designs advertising such as promotions, social, digital, or Multichannel • Specify creative detail including layout, typestyle, photography and/or illustration • Provide creative direction and input from concept to execution • Create storyboards reflective of script content • Provide creative direction and input from concept to execution
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• 4-year college degree and/or equivalent • Portfolio demonstrating the ability to meet Target brand expectations • Organize multiple projects • Understand storyboards and script content and deliverables • Industry, style, and graphic trend knowledge including systems technology • Interpersonal savvy and listening skills • Ability to take direction • Desire and ability to learn quickly • Ability to establish rapport with peers • Flexible and open to change • Action and speed-oriented • Ability to communicate clear direction to internal and external resources to execute design details • Ability to represent work at visual reviews • Action and speed-oriented • Ability to communicate clear direction to internal and external resources to execute design details • Effective presentation skills to present to leadership preferred • PowerPoint (functionality), Word, Outlook • MAC computer programs such as: Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, InDesign, Keynote, After Effects, Cinema 4D
