Inside Sales Representative ISR

We are seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. As a member of our Team, and the first contact for new clients, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying and maintaining sales leads through an aggressive outbound calling process. In this role, you will manage your growing pipeline by cold calling a list of prospects and setting appointments for the sales team. We will provide the list of prospects through our software/CRM platform.

· Proven track record as an effective, goal producing telesales expert.

· Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or other related fields.

· Must be able to work 40 hours M-F, 8am/9am-5pm/6pm hours.

· Hard-working professional with a winning attitude and integrity.

· Relationship building expert as well as a closer.

· Able to meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Proven organizational and time management skills.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


· Prospecting by calling potential customers

· Educate prospects on the value of Reputation Sensei™ and schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives

· Qualify inbound inquiries and schedule appointments for sales representatives.

· Maintain record of client contact information in CRM

· Meet or exceed sales KPIs including calls and appointments per week

· Work with brand teams, ad operations and finance to provide prospects and clients the ultimate customer service experience

· Oversee other duties and responsibilities as needed

Skills and Attributes:

· Self-motivated, highly driven, sense of urgency.

· Strong organizational and presentation skills

· Ability to build rapport over the phone.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Impeccable follow up skills

· Deadline and detail-oriented

· Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g.: Salesforce)

· Proficient with Microsoft Office

· Positive attitude, open to change (as company is constantly growing and evolving)


· Exceeding sales goals: 1 year (Required)

Vacation/PTO: 8 holidays off per year. 1st full year one week PTO. PTO increases with tenure.

Flexible hours: 8:00/9:00am – 5:00/6:00pm.
