We do this through web and mobile applications, using some of the most established Sports Betting and iGaming software and products available.

As the Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the key accounts department with identifying potential key accounts, customizing offers and outreach with our big winners on both the sports and casino platforms, staying aligned with customer's source of wealth (SOW), strategizing approach with key accounts, and coordinating with customers on promos and events.

This position also plays a key role in assisting the key account managers in special outreaches and streamlining necessary processes. Ideally, we would like this candidate to have a sales first mindset to build upon new opportunities.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Full accountability of the assigned and incoming new potential key accounts.
  • Customize outreach and support to DGC's big winner accounts on both the sports and casino platforms.
  • Be a point of contact for potential key accounts ensuring their experience with the product remains safe, fun, and sustainable.
  • Actively prospect our current potential key account base with promos, offers, bonusing and overall relationship building.
  • Consistently brainstorm way to engage accounts in our key accounts space with appropriate outreach and support.
  • Ensure customers are aware of responsible gaming tools if necessary.
  • Meet weekly call goals set forth by management.
  • Create an effective collaboration with customer support to ensure high-quality execution of any additional communication to the potential key accounts.
  • Escalate customer queries to the business if any brought to your attention.
  • Work alongside retention marketing to raise awareness with promotions.
  • Actively participates in all department and company initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Proactively reaches out to customer that show a likelihood to convert to key accounts with additional support.
  • Assist other departments with any necessary initiatives on behalf of the key accounts team.
  • Inform the team about any trends picked up through customer feedback.

Essential Criteria:
  • Minimum 6 months' sales, retention, or concierge experience.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about providing top level service.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel.
  • Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours.
  • May need to travel from time to time.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of matters.
  • Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and or local regulations.
