Job Description: IT Help Desk Technician
We’re looking for an IT help desk guru to provide technical support for both hardware and software to dental office clients. Candidates should have a mix of technical and customer service skills, and be passionate about technology and helping people. We want highly motivated, self driven individuals with great follow through skills.
Handle client help desk escalations through tickets or phone
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
New Client onboarding and installation of MSP tools.
Support audio and video equipment in offices.
Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
Possible on-site visits of offices in the greater Sacramento area.
Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Windows 7, Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Server 2008, and 2012, Google Apps,Remote desktop services
Ability to diagnose and repair PCs quickly, general understanding of server hardware, Raid, and
Client PC connectivity - ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN
Ability to accurately troubleshoot applications, and work with support when needed to quickly resolve software issues and client needs.
Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users
Experience with LabTech, WebRoot, BitDefender, and Storagecraft is a plus, Dental Software a major plus
Must have a clean driving record.
Must have experience working for a Managed Service Provider
**Pay is negotiable dependant on experience.
