Outbound Automotive Recall Customer Service

We are seeking an Outbound Automotive Recall Customer Service to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • · Ability to meet and maintain outbound dialing goals given by the supervisor

    · Ability to explain the motor vehicle recall and the next steps

    · Provide detailed information regarding scheduling the repair of the recall

    · Utilize databases to schedule recalls

    · Strictly adhere to department policies, processes, and procedures

    · Code call outcomes in database provided

    · Participate actively In quality and training initiatives

    · Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions; making recommendations to management

    · All other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • · Excellent communication skills(verbal and written)

    · Overall assessment score of 75%

    · Some demonstrated automotive knowledge

    · Detail oriented

    · Minimum of one year customer service experience (Outbound preferred)

    · Customer follow-up skills(Call back on time, review account to understand approach)

    · PC literacy(Microsoft Excel) basic skills required and some knowledge of Outlook

    · Exemplary customer service skills that include:

    o Attentiveness; the ability to really listen. This is critical to understand what the customers’ needs are so that you can meet and exceed them

    o Customer focused; recognizes that customer experience is crucial to the recall process. The goal is to WOW the customer throughout the phone call

    o Persuasion; the ability to convince customer that scheduling the recall is as easy as 1,2,3

    · Strong skills that include:

    o Self-confidence: you are goal-oriented, believing in your skills understanding that it builds trust as you interact with customers
