We are currently searching for a new, full-time member for our team for the position of:

IT Project Coordinator

******Must have Active Secret clearance******

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating 6am to 6pm support staff with team and government
  • Coordinating after-hour contacts and support staff with team and government
  • Coordinate attendance of team members to relevant update meetings
  • Capture meeting notes as needed
  • Track and approve team member timecards and schedule adjustments
  • Update and distribute the Bluestone Daily TQZ Workforce Report
  • Submit monthly unit reports to Government and Contract Management
  • Coordinate onboarding of new team members with Government and Contract Management
  • Coordinate exit of leaving team members with Government and Contract Management
  • Escalate team member system and resource issues on Firebird, ESS and Dev
  • Manage the Daily Webex and Breakout Rooms
  • Keep the team informed of TC/DEA notifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
  • Experience coordinating staff to meet customer support needs, including but not limited to: support POCs during and after hours, meeting coordination, training, system and resource issues
  • Experience organizing and documenting applicant interviews
  • Experience following government guidelines to onboard and remove staff
  • Experience reviewing and approving timecards and schedule adjustments
  • Experience submitting monthly workforce reports
  • Proficiency using online technology to schedule meetings, capture minutes and assign tasks
  • Ability to write and communicate clearly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must have Active Secret clearance***
